Richard Young

Born in California, Richard grew up in Ohio and Wisconsin where he attended Luther Preparatory High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and was also commissioned as an Air Force Officer in May of 2015.

Over the next 10 years he would serve assignments in Florida, Qatar, South Korea, Germany, England, Romania, and Guam. He then met the love of his life on October 26, 2024 at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato Minnesota while attending his little brother's wedding.

Abigail Hislop

Abbie was born in Cambridge, Minnesota and spent the first few years of her life on a hobby farm there. She traded the hobby farm for a house on the edge of town and moved to Mapleton, Minnesota when she was 5. Abbie enjoyed being homeschooled through high school graduation there and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, Minnesota.

She started working as an intern at Taylor Corp and has been able to continue working remotely for the same company even through buying her first house clear across the country in Crandall, Texas, where she resides currently. But not for long, as Abbie will soon be moving to Guam to be with the absolutely amazing man she met at her sister Emma's wedding on October 26th, 2024.
